Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any other MCP client to your Trafft booking sites and manage services, customers, appointments, availability and coupons by chatting.

How to connect
- Add a custom connector / remote MCP server in your assistant and paste the URL above.
- Sign in with the email you use for your Trafft dashboard, choose a site and enter its password.
- Link additional sites if you manage several, then approve the connection.
The AI assistants integration is available on Trafft plans that include it. If a site is on another plan the assistant will tell you.
What the assistant can do
- Look up services, staff, locations, customers and appointments
- Check availability and book appointments for customers
- Create and update customers and coupons
- Delete appointments, customers and coupons (only when you allow changes)
Every action runs with your own permissions on each site, so staff see only what they see in the dashboard.
Privacy and security
The hub stores your email, the list of sites you linked and a log of which tools were used. It never stores your Trafft passwords; they are verified once against each site and discarded. Assistant access can be revoked from the assistant's settings, and an administrator can switch it off for a whole site under Integrations › AI Assistants in that site's Trafft dashboard.
